Will Tom McCintock ratify Corruption in his party and ratify Republican Policy in his district that allows mentally ill patients who threaten to murder with a gun remain free to threaten to Kill witnesses?

I called his office after finding a message on my recorder asking me to contact his office and leave a comment, so I did regarding the allegations of corruption in his county. His secretary Kathy seemed shocked and possibly disbelieved my claims. She then hung up on me depriving me of my right to redress to make the "conduct of the peoples business a matter of Public scrutiny." Cal.Const. Art. 1 S 3ab.

Call his office at 916 786-5560 ask for Kathy and see if she treats you the same. Perhaps she is deliberately indifferent due to lack of training regarding the civil and human rights of citizens. If she is it is unlawful.

His web site does not support the 1st amendment as it does not have a box to check. This reveals their attitude when people call to exercise their First Amendment Rights! He does support 2nd amendment, but I would think he would be against mental patients in his district from gun ownership. Acts like this official ignoring public safety issues are the actual cause of mass murders by mental patience who are still allowed to have guns! It isn't no secret, yet these officials have figured out that citizens are to busy with their own problems to limit their negligence! Besides they are immune if a sociopath kills your family and friends!

My issue is the First Amendment, but apparently you do not cover that.  I spoke with Kathy at your office this morning in a very cordial conversation.  I explained to her, I was returning an automated call left on my phone inviting me to redress so, since I believe I have that right. 

I told her about allegations I have against your fellow republicans who have turned a blind on on corruption in your district.  I told her that we have a restraining order to protect us from a person who threatened to kill us and assaulted me in several altercations because of his arrest for vandalizing my truck.  I told her that all the agencies have barred us from access to the courts, even a judge was admonished by the cjp.ca.gov as punishment to deter others, but to no avail.  We have not been allowed to appear before a Judge or any agency has not interviewed any witnesses regarding our allegations and prima facie evidence.  We did appear before a restraining order judge and he found our claims plausible and issued an order protecting us.  But the El Dorado officials would not enforce it, even when video tape existed showing violations, murder threats and assaults on our employees and my wife etc.  I told her that official inaction ratifies criminal conduct and it is frowned upon. She seemed concerned and then sought consultation I assume, as she told me to hold.  When she got back on the phone, she stated, "I have taken down your statement" goodbye!  I couldn't get a word in edgewise, to ask if their was any help offered from your office.  Your office ratifies criminal conduct in the Republican party and is condoning the arming of a mentally ill person suffering from "manic depressive psychosis and personality disorder" evidence he made public in civil court.   If this person snaps and kills members of society as these people have been demonstrative of doing, I want official record, or public record that your inaction ratified this behavior. Reporting of corruption when there is evidence, that is ignored is not a basis for honest politicians to abuse.  Concerns of individual citizens who are abused is so easily covered up, but it is still illegal.  Ask Mike Carona and D.O.J. Thomas P. O’Brian when he warned people like you, “. “Today’s sentencing shows what will happen to elected officials who place their own interests above those of the constituents they are sworn to serve.” It would seem that, beause I am only a poor constituent, I do not have rights, and your office reflects in the dimming light of proposition 9 recently mandating better official action to protect crime victims like us, you also turn a blind eye!  Know this, my web site when the phrase PREVENT MURDER is googled comes up #1 in the world!  My education as 2 Time Honor Graduate in Social Science and Graphic communication grants me at least a ¼ ounce of credibility!  But you ignore it!   This correspondence is recorded on public media of  www.preventmurder.org.  That is all good sir, have a good day!  We electorate are not all idiots like you think we are!  You will be found out, but if you are only in it for the short term and have a profit motive, you wouldn't’t care!  It is us poor constituents who suffer at the hands of tyrants.  Read the Declaration of Independence, and see if it still draws any emotion.
